CONGRATULATIONS to our very own, Dr. Kristen R. Aversa!!! On June 2nd, Dr. Aversa was a 2021 recipient of the Hope After Loss Compassionate Care Award. Nominated by one of her patients after she and her husband suffered the loss of twins following IVF, this is what her patient had to say: “she stepped up to help us through the pain and darkness of the days that followed. She checked in after hours, made sure our care was seamless and sent words of encouragement and care. Dr. Aversa’s compassion will never be forgotten and we are so thankful that she is part of our support system.”
